Britney Spears has been one of the most desired popstars since she shot to fame in 1998 thanks to Baby One More Time, but that clearly hasn't been enough for her because since then she has supposedly had a boob job as well as a nose job. Whatever she has done to her body, there is no doubt she still is one of the best looking popstars out there.
