Wired CCTV and security cameras are often fixed. Holes have to be drilled and screws or bolts and nuts needed to secure them firmly where they are located. Due to this rigid attachment, wired security cameras are not portable. Wireless devices on the other hand are portable and are easy to attach and detach.
