This is perhaps one of the most important aspects of a surveillance camera. Coverage is the area which the camera lens can cover. Some cameras will only shoot video directly in front of the lens whereas others automatically adjust when there are different levels of light. Also, some have a wide-angle lens meaning that they can cover larger spaces even in a 360-degree view.
