In a manner similar to keeping the cords and blinds out of reach, you can also prevent access to such items. This is possible by removing any structure that young children can use to reach the blinds such as chairs, cribs, stools, or tables. Simply move them to the opposite wall so that children cannot use them as stepping-stones to the blinds.
