Ingredients (serves 2): - 200 gr. of pumpkin - 2 eggs - 1 onion - 3 tbsp of tomato sauce - 10 capers - 4 tbsp of olive oil - salt Preparation: - chop and fry the onion; - add the pumpkin pieces, the tomato sauce, and the capers to the pan and cook for 20'; - add the eggs and cook for another 2'. Merits of the recipe: great mix of fiber, vitamins and proteins.
