Ingredients (serves 2): - 400 gr. of chicken breast - 2 red onions - 4 tbsp of olive oil - 1/2 cup of apple vinegar - 1 tbsp of sugar Preparation: - finely chop the onions and fry them in oil for a few minutes, then add vinegar and allow to evaporate; - add sugar and cook with the lid on for about 10'; - cut the chicken into small pieces and add to the pan. Salt according to taste; - cook with the lid on for another 10'. Merits of the recipe: very simple to prepare but very tasty.
