Every motability car should have a three point seat-belt. Some wheelchair-accessible vehicles also feature four-restraint belts that attach to the rear and front of the wheelchair and lock it to reduce movement when traveling. The front restraints operate like regular seat belts in terms of adjustability and self-locking.
