Graceful and delicate, this actress has taken her first steps into the world of opera and turned to movie acting with equal skill. An only child, Emmy Rossum grew up in Manhattan and started to sing at the Metropolitan Opera Lincoln Center at the age of six, accompanying Placido Domingo and Luciano Pavarotti in many melodies. Her debut was the film “Genius”, in 1999.
